Credentialing, contracting and enrollment outreach
This is the outreach domain for the credentialing and contracting team at Healthcare Revenue Group, a company in Overland Park, Kansas that has worked with medical practices since 1999 with a team based entirely in the United States. We run growhealthcarerevenuegroup.com ourselves, so a person who gets a message from us can confirm the sender is real before they answer it.
The main company website, with case studies, specialty pages and leadership bios, is at healthcarerevenuegroup.com.
Initial credentialing and recredentialing with deadline tracking, CAQH profile setup and attestation, NPI registration, primary source verification, DEA and state license assistance, and multi-state licensing. We also handle hospital privileges and reappointments, where HRG holds a 100 percent approval record.
Enrollment covers Medicare, Medicaid and managed care organizations.
Initial payer contracts, network participation analysis, reimbursement rate negotiation and renegotiation, contract review and fee schedule management. Roughly half of our credentialing clients have no billing relationship with us at all, so this side of the house stands on its own rather than serving as a way in to something else.
Once we have what we need from the provider, our side of a file is typically finished in 5 to 10 days. After that the payers set the pace. Medicare may run approximately 30 to 45 days for a clean application, Medicaid and managed care timelines vary by state and by plan and can run longer, and commercial carriers generally take 90 to 120 days.
We file clean, follow up weekly and escalate applications that stall. We will not quote a payer's timeline as a guarantee, because that clock is not ours to promise.
Credentialing runs month to month, billed hourly against a monthly hours budget, with no minimum term. There is no software to buy and no third-party credentialing platform to log into, and we do not need a practice to be on any particular EHR.
Practices from 2 to more than 100 providers, federally qualified health centers, multi-state telehealth groups and locum tenens agencies. The reason for the call is usually specific. New providers are sitting unbillable while enrollment drags, or a CAQH attestation lapsed and nobody noticed until a payer termed the provider, or a closed panel is blocking a hire the practice has already made.
Mail from a @growhealthcarerevenuegroup.com address comes from someone on HRG's credentialing side, writing to a practice administrator, compliance lead or owner about credentialing, contracting or enrollment. You did not sign up for anything, and you will not be added to a newsletter. Each message carries a real person's name, a working reply address, and the phone number and postal address below.
Reply "no thanks" to any message and we will close your file. Each message also carries a one-click unsubscribe in the email header, which most mail apps surface as an unsubscribe link next to the sender name. Either route ends it.
Contacts come from professional business-to-business data providers, and they are business email addresses at healthcare organizations. We use a name, a job title and work contact details only to reach decision makers about credentialing and contracting services. Contact information is never sold, and it is shared only with the service providers that deliver our email. We do not write to personal addresses, and no part of this outreach touches patient information.

Call the number below to report a problem, to have us stop emailing your organization entirely, or to get the details you need for allowlisting. Domain-wide suppression requests are honored.
